At Tshirt Unlimited , we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

Tshirt Unlimited accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of the date your order is received.

Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us to request a return authorization.

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

All authorized returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that your return can be identified and routed to the correct department for processing.

Merchandise returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Please provide your order information and the reason for your return.

If your return is eligible, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise should be returned in its original condition and should not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Please include the invoice or order information that came with your package whenever possible. We recommend keeping your invoice until you are satisfied with your purchase because it serves as your purchase receipt and can help us process a return or exchange.

Items damaged, defective, or incorrect when received should be reported to us promptly so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless Tshirt Unlimited confirms otherwise because of an error on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return postage is non-refundable.

Shipping surcharges and charges paid for upgraded or expedited shipping services are also non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your returned merchandise arrives at our facility, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for the return to be inspected and processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue the refund, your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

For customers in the United States, this may take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.

International financial institutions may require up to 14 business days to post a credit after a refund has been issued.

Processing times controlled by banks, credit card companies, and other payment providers are outside the control of Tshirt Unlimited

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us before returning the merchandise.

Do not send merchandise back without first obtaining an RMA number and return instructions.

Exchange availability may depend on the availability of the requested item, size, style, or design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@tshirtunlimited.com.

Please include your order information and a description of the problem. We may request photographs or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
