Thank you for shopping with Tshirt Unlimited Inc. The following information explains our order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3–8 business days after the order is received.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Processing includes the time required to prepare, produce, package, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier.

Business days generally do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

During holidays, unusually high order volumes, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing or delivery may take longer.

Standard Shipping

Tshirt Unlimited Inc. uses established shipping carriers and services that may include:

USPS Ground Advantage
DHL eCommerce with postal/USPS final delivery
FedEx Ground
Other comparable carrier services when appropriate

The carrier used for an order may depend on the destination, package size, product, shipping service selected, and other fulfillment considerations.

Carrier transit times begin after your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the carrier.

USPS Ground Advantage generally has an estimated delivery standard of approximately 2–5 business days.

DHL eCommerce domestic Ground service generally averages approximately 3–8 postal days.

FedEx Ground generally delivers within approximately 1–5 business days within the contiguous United States, with longer transit times possible for Alaska and Hawaii.

These are carrier estimates and are not guarantees by Tshirt Unlimited Inc.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Your total order delivery time consists of:

Order processing time + carrier transit time.

For example, an order requiring several business days for processing will not begin its carrier transit period until the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Actual delivery times depend on the shipping destination, carrier, service level, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances.

Expedited and Upgraded Shipping

When available, customers may have the option to purchase an upgraded shipping service, including expedited or overnight shipping.

The delivery time for an upgraded service is based on the service level and estimated transit time provided by the selected carrier.

Purchasing expedited or overnight shipping changes the carrier transit service but does not necessarily eliminate our order processing or production time unless expressly stated during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, package, selected shipping service, and other applicable factors.

Customers have an opportunity to review applicable shipping charges before submitting payment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment and the shipping label has been generated.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and activate tracking information.

Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates displayed by a carrier are controlled by the carrier and may change while a shipment is in transit.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific carrier service expressly provides otherwise.

Tshirt Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or carrier network disruptions.

If you experience a significant problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an error in your shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Returns

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, expedited shipping charges, and applicable shipping surcharges are non-refundable except when otherwise expressly approved by Tshirt Unlimited Inc.

Please review our separate Return & Refund Policy before returning merchandise.

All returns require prior authorization and a valid RMA number.
